![]() I reminded him that these are unacceptable racist questions and then he started raising his voice and saying he doesn’t want to give me any service and I have to leave and he’s going to call the police if I don’t leave the facility and I welcome the idea and I said yes, let’s call the police so we can explain to them how you’re treating a woman and then he said no I don’t want to call the police, and yelled get out of this building, So disrespectful, and insulting, Pure abusive, just because of my race and the fact that I was a woman! I’ve never had such a terrible experience if KAYAK introduces companies like that, I will stop using KAYAK after 18 years, not only me, but my entire family will not use KAYAK ever again. Then he started asking questions about my ethnicity and race. When I asked them how much more I should wait they said as much as it takes! When we got to the counter, the agent told us that we have to agree to give $750 deposit and give them our utility bill to prove that we are the resident of the state!! I’ve never seen a rental car company, asking for utility bill and $750 deposit. it took 45 minutes for us in the line and they didn’t even acknowledge our presence. Each talking to a customer trying to sell them odd items. There were two agents at the counter in the Advantage office. We took a Wally Park shuttle to get there. The most painful difficult car rental experience in my entire life! The location is outside and far from the airport.
